On April 1, the First National Medical Center for Infectious Diseases Infection Cooperation Forum & the First Oriental International Infection Week (Oriental ID Week), jointly organized by the National Medical Center for Infectious Diseases (NMCID), Fudan University Huashan Hospital, Shanghai Fudan University Education Development Foundation, and Shanghai Huashen Institute of Microbiology and Infection, were held in Shanghai. With the theme of "Empowering Innovation and Development in Infectious Diseases through National Center Cooperation Platform”, the forum brought together authoritative experts and scholars from various fields including clinical practice, scientific research, epidemiology, and pharmaceutical development. It comprehensively focused on the latest research results and progress in domestic and international infectious disease disciplines and interdisciplinary fields, exploring new development patterns in the field of infection.

During the event, UnionClin was invited to attend the Clinical Research Seminar of NMCID. Together with hospital representatives from research centers within the NMCID clinical research network and pharmaceutical company representatives, they discussed the development and operational mechanisms of high-level clinical research consortia, as well as scientific and efficient strategies for new drug clinical development.
